Each year, Gatorade awards twelve student-athletes with the most prestigious award in high school sports. The Gatorade National Player of the Year award represents elite dedication to one's craft, backed with decades of previous recipients like LeBron James, Kobe Bryant, Sydney McLaughlin, and so many more.
During this project with Mack Media Co., I led efforts in photography to capture special moments from the surprise presentations to the full-scale production shoot known as the "What IT Takes" campaign. Seven months and twelve cities later, we found ourselves with a fantastic body of work.
